D-1729-04 AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARMEL, INDIANA, FIXING SALARIES OF ELECTED OFFICIALS OF THE CITY OF CARMEL, INDIANA, FOR THE YEAR 2005 WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Carmel, Indiana (the "City"), desires to set the bi-weekly salaries of certain of the City's elected officials pursuant to IC 36-4-7-2; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Carmel, Indiana, that the bi-weekly salaries of elected officials shall be as follows commencing December 18, 2004, and continuing through December 16, 2005: ELECTED OFFICIAL UP TO A MAXIMUM BI-WEEKLY SALARY MAYOR CLERK-TREASURER JUDGE COMMON COUNCIL $ 3,442.12 $ 2,740.39 $ 2,983.14 $ 550.73 PASSED by the Common Council of the City of Carmel, Indiana this ~ ~' day of ~,¢¢'~,~h ,2004, byavoteof r-[ ayesand O nays.
