ORDINANCE NO. D-1698-04
AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY (
ADOPTING A PROMOTIONAL FUND FOR
CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE 4, SECTION 2-128 OF THE CARMEL
AS
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Carmel, Indiana, has
certain City funds to be used for the purposes provided by law; and
to create
WHEREAS, the Carmel Plan Commission Wishes to have a
use, to be initially funded in th? sum of Five Hundred Dollars
WHEREAS, the Common Council hereby approves
NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT ORDAINED by
