• Seeking a variance for an increase in height for a detached garage to accomplish more useable space of ove the
garage as potential guest living quarters and multi-generational living quarters. We need an extra foot of the
garage portion and 2 feet stem wall that increases the ceiling height in the attic
• There's a similar garage in our area. Petitioner provided picture of the neighbor's garage across the easement

ft requested for silos. The site is located at 4518 W. 99th St. It is zoned I1/Industrial (Mayflower Park Subdivision
Block 3 Lot 4B). Filed by Rick Lawrence of Nelson& Frankenberger, LLC.

• With me tonight are Bill Bastian and Garrett Clark from Artistic Composite Pallets to answer any questions
• Seeking a variance for a height increase to allow 3 silos in rear of the main building for additional manufacturing
capacity of their business
