AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING TRASH CONTAINERS
BE IT ORBAINED by the Common Council of the City of
Carmel, to-wit:
1. Any and all collected trash ~arb~--~ ~~U~
~o g o taining
potentially dangerous and toxic materials e~ rafu~e must be
in an enclosed container or in a container that does not
provide easy access to children or animals when such trash,
garbage, dangerous and toxic materials or refuse is placed for
trash pickup.
Any person who violates any provision of this
Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined
in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Dollars ($100.00).
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and publication for two consecutive
weeks pursuant to State Statute..
