ENTITLED "ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING LOCATIONS OF STOP AND YIELD
SIGNS AT INTERSECTION WITHIN THE TO~ OF CA~EL, INDI~A".
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Carmel, Indiana
desires to amend Ordinance No. D-t58 in order to reflect a
stop sign for Eastbound traffic on Centennial Court at its
intersection of Brookshire Parkway and to omit from said
ordinance the indication of a stop sign for Eastbound traffic
on Abbey Drive at its intersection with Brookshire Parkway.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
city of Carmel, to-wit:
That the indication of a stop sign for Eastbound traffic
on Abbey Drive at its intersection with Brookshire Parkway is
herewith eliminated from said ordinance and the addition Df
a stop sign for Eastbound traffic on Centennial Court at its
intersection of Brookshire Parkway is herewith added to said
Ordinance.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that all provisions of ordinance
No. D-158 not in conflict with this amendment shall remain in
pursuant to State Statute.

This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and publication for two consecutive weeks
