AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE POSITION OF
ANOTHER SEWER PLANT OPERATOR OR OPERATORS
AND ESTABLISHING THE SALARY FOR THESE POSITIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
CARMEL, INDIANA:
At the regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the
Town of Carmel, Indiana, upon the recomendation of the
Utilities Manager, Mr. James Dougherty, the Board of
Trustees (Mb..Owen S. Kern, Mr. Fred T. Swift, Mr.
Phillip HInshaw, and Mr. Stanley B. Beach) did author-
ize Mr. Dougherty to fill these new positions at a be-
ginning annual salary of $7900.00.
This Ordinance to become effective April l, 1973.
