Ordinance Prohibiting Burning of Leaves and. Rubbish
On Public Streets~alks
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Trustees of the Town of CaEnel,
Indiana:
l: It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to
burn any leaves, paper, rubbish or other substances upon
any of the public streets~sidewalks ~ within the
corporate limits of the Town of Carmel.
Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of
this ordinance shall be fined not less than One Dollar nor
more than Fifty Dollars for each offense and a separate
offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on
which a violation occurs or continues.
This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after
it's passage.
