OR,PUBLIC PLAOE IN T~ TO~ OF CA~-
BE IT ORD~N~ BY THE B0~ OF T~dSTEES OF T~ TO~ OF C~:
1. Ordln~ce No. D-I~, passed at the July 1956 meeting by the
BOa~ of Trustees, ts am~ded as follows: In paragraph 3, tn which
~ aDpllcant ts required to post a cash deposit of $50.00 with the
Clerk of the To~, the beginning of said p~ragraph shall read,
"~ery applicant for a pe~it shall post a cash deposit of $100.00~
wi~h the Clerk of the T~, which shall remain on file ~ttt the
completion of the ~rk. In the event that a cut in a street
the length of such ~treet, every aPpliCant sh~ll be required to
post a $1,000.00 bond for each block or fraction thereof; said
cash deposit or bond, as the case may be, shall be retu~ only
after inspection by the Superintend~t of Streets, following the
completion of the work with his approval that the public prope~Y
disturbed has been replaced In a condition as good or better th~
prior to the ~rk done. In the ev~t the public property has not
been restored in its condition ~s It ~isted prior to the work,
the amount of refund of the csSh deposit m~Y be r~uc~ accord-
inglY ~s dete~ined by the Superintendent of StreetS.
