Good morning, Brian –
Thank you for submitting this document. I have also uploaded it to ProjectDox case PZ-2020-00191, so we can keep a record of what is being
submitted. (Usually, review comments are provided through that online electronic plan review software.)
Here are the last few remaining review comments:
1. Please add ‘HPR’ to the end of the Plan Commission docket no. PZ-2020-00191 at the top left hand corner of the sheets.
2. Please change the name of Timothy Renick to Dave McCoy under the Address Certification signature block on sheet 1.
3. Please strike out and remove the entire BPW certificate on sheet 1 as it is not needed.
4. Please confirm with the Hamilton County Recorder’s Office the correct sheet sizes they will accept for recording.
5. Please make sure all signatures are on the sheets, all dates and instrument numbers are filled in, before you submit it to my office for the
Planning Director to sign.

Angie, hope you are well.
When you have a moment would you be available for a phone call with our surveyor and myself to go over these comments.
Based on our last conversation we believed we were on the right track but sounds like we did not hit the mark. I just want to try and understand
the additional information you are looking for. Is it that you are looking for legal descriptions for the individual units? If that is the case I think this
might result in close to 30 different legal descriptions. That can of course be done but again not exactly sure that is what you are looking for.
Thinking maybe we just move the certifications to a dedicated cover sheet for signatures and produce an overall legal for the building perimeter?
