Z-160, AS AMENDED, OF THE CITY OF CARMEL, AND CLAY TOWNSHIP, HAMILTON COUNTY, INDIANA. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARMEL, INDIANA, THAT ORDINANCE NO. Z-160, AS AMENDED, IS HEREBY AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: That the zone map accompanying and made a pan of Zoning Ordinance Z'-160, as amended, is amended to reclassify the following described real estate from the S-1 Residence District Classification to the S-2 Residence District Classification: Pan of the East Half of Section 5, Township 17 North, Range 4 East of the Second Principal Meridian in Hamilton County, Indiana being described as follows: Beginning at the southeast comer of the southeast quarter of said Section 5; thence north along the east line thereof a distance of 2661.32 feet to the northeast comer thereof; thence north along the east line of the northeast quarter of said Section 5 a distance of 2609.02 feet to a point distant 305.28 south of the northeast comer thereof; thence west parallel with the north line of said northeast quarter a distance of 305 feet; thence north parallel with the east line of said northeast quarter a distance of 305.28 feet to the north line of said northeast quarter; thence west along said north line a distance of 710.80 feet; thence south a distance of 2907.45 feet, more or less, to the south line of said northeast quarter; thence west along said south line a distance of 322.76 feet to the northwest comer of the east half of the southeast quarter of said Section 5; thence south along the west line of said half-quarter section a distance of 2651.78 feet to the southwest comer thereof; thence east along said south line a distance of 1336.59 feet, more or less, to the Point of Beginning. Containing 147.5 acres, more or less. The above-described real estate is located West of and adjacent to North Gray Road, between East 106th Street on the South and East 116th Street on the North.
