Sponsor: Councilor Kevin Kirby ORDINANCE NO.: Z-355 AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE CERTAIN PARCELS WITHIN THE U.S. 421 (MICHIGAN ROAD) OVERLAY ZONE UNDER THE CARMEL/CLAY ZONING ORDINANCE, Zo289 BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Cannel, Indiana, pursuant to I.C. 36-7-4-607, after having received a favorable recommendation from the Carreel/Clay Plan Commission, it hereby adopts this Ordinance to rezone the parcels that are more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, further identified on the Map attached hereto as Exhibit "B", from S-l/Residence district to the B-5/Business district. The site is located on the southwest comer of North Augusta Drive and West 97th Street within the U.S. 421 (Michigan Road) Overlay Zone.
