CENTERED ON WALL. DESIGN INTENT IS FOR TOP OF WINDOW
FRAME TO ALIGN WITH TOP OF DOOR FRAMES. LENGTHS VARY,
SEE PLAN + VERIFY ALL DIMENSIONS IN FIELD.
CONFIRM SHELVING IS IN WORKING CONDITION WITH TENANT.
PROVIDE SEPARATE PRICE FOR NEW SHELVING ACCORDING TO
TENANT REQUIREMENTS.

CONTRACTOR TO INSTALL AUTOMATIC SHUTOFF VALVES AND
BACK FLOW PREVENTERS AS REQUIRED.
PROVIDE WATER LINE WITH BACKFLOW PREVENTER FOR COFFEE,
ICE MAKER, AND/OR REFRIGERATOR. CONFIRM LOCATION WITH
TENANT.
PROVIDE ALL NECESSARY PLUMBING AND DRAINS FOR
TENANT-PROVIDED ADA HEIGHT DISHWASHER AT THIS LOCATION.
GC TO PROVIDE TENANT WITH CUT SHEET FOR APPROVAL PRIOR
