Z~ AN ORDINANCE AMENI)ING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARMEL, INDIANA, ORDINANCE NO. Z-160, AS AMENDED, PASSED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARMEL, INDIANA, ON JANUARY 21, 1980, UNDER AUTHORITY OF ACTS 0F 1979, PUBLIC LAW 178, SECTION 1, et seq., (I.C. 18-7-4-101 et seq.) AND ALL ACTS AMENDATORY OR SUPPLEMENTARY THERETO. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CA~RMEL, INDIANA, THAT ORDINANCE NO. Z-lC0, AS AMENDED, IS lkgkBY AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: That the zone map accompanying and made a part of Zoning Ordinance Z-160, as amended, and the zoning classifications of Zoning Ordinance No. Z-160, are amended to reclassify and re-zone the following des- cribed property from an R-2 zoning classification to a B-7 zoning classification within the zoning districts and on the official zoning map: Lot No. 9 David Kinzer addition lying between Range Line Road and First Avenue, SE, and bordering 6th Street SE on the south, property being known as David W. Kinzer Addition, Town of Carmel, Hamilton County, Indiana, as per plat thereof recorded in Deed Record 52, page 440, in the Office of the Re- corder, Hamilton County, Indiana. This passage. the Containing in all .24 acres. Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its Passed by the Common Council of the City of Carmel, Indiana, on ? day of 1988.
