Home My WebLink AboutZ-226 Service FeesAN ORDINANCE TO AMEND OR PARTIALLY REPEAL ORDINANCE Z-160, AS AMENuED, CONCERNING FILING FEES, IMPROVEMENT LOCATION PERMIT F~ES, SIGN FRR~, CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY FEES, DEMOLITION PERMIT ~'~ES, INSPECTION FEES, LATE FEES ON INSPECTIONS, SUBCONTRACTOR LICENSE FEES AND FEE EXEMPTIONS WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Carmel has passed an Ordinance Z-160, as amended; and WHEREAS, the Advisory Plan Commission for the City of Carmel, Indiana, has made certain recommendations for changes in the zoning ordinance fee structure; and WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the citizens of the City of Carmel, Indiana, that Ordinance Z-160 be amended as pro- posed; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE cOMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARMEL, INDIANA, THAT: Those fee amendments, restructures, and rescissions proposed by the Advisory Plan Commission for the City of Carmel, Indiana, which are attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A", are adopted in full.
