AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF C3LRMEL, INDIANA,
ORDINANCE NO. Z-160, AS AMenDED, PASSED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CA~4EL, INDIANA, ON JANUARY 21, 1980, UNDER ~. AUTHORITY OF ACTS 1979, PUBLIC
LAN 178, SECTION 1, ET SEQ. (I.C. 18-7-4-101, et seq.), AND ALL ACTS AMENDATORY
OR SUPPLE~4ENTARY ThqLRETO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF CARMEL, INDIANA THAT ORDINANCE NO. Z-160, AS
~4E~DED, IS HEREBY AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I.
That the zone mp accon~panying and made a part of Zoning Ordinance
z-160, as amended, and the zoning classificatic~s of Zoning Ordinance
Z-160 are changed to re-classify the follc~;ing described property frc~
an R-2 zoning classification to an R-4 zoning classification within the
zoning districts and on the official zone map:

SECTION II.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
