Z-160, AS AMENDED, PASSED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARMEL, INDIANA, ON JANUARY 21, 1980, UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF ACTS 1979, PUBLIC LAW 178, SECTION 1, ET SEQ. (I.C. 36-7-4-101, et seq.), AND ALL ACTS AMENDATORY OR SUPPLEMENTARY THERETO. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARMEL, INDIANA, THAT ORDINANCE NO. Z-160, AS AMENDED, IS HEREBY AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. That the zone map accompanying and made a part of Zoning Ordinance No. Z-160, as amended, is hereby changed as follows: Presently the real property as described in "Exhibit A", attached hereto, is zoned in part B-5, B-1 and S-2. The real property as described in said "Exhibit A" is hereby reclassified and rezoned to B-6 in its entirety, by this Ordinance and on the Zone Map. (See attached Exhibit A) This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage. PASSED by the City Council of the City of Carmel, Indiana, on this c~ day of November, 1987. AT ST: Dorothy ~. ~ancock, Clerk Treasurer /I~;~ Presiding 'Officer EXHIBIT A ~ Part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 11, Township 17 North, Range 3 East, Hamilton County, Indiana, described as follows: Commencing at the southeast corner of said Northwest Quarter; thence South 89 degrees 06 minutes 10 seconds West (assumed bearing) 757.76 feet (762.32 feet Deed) along the south line of said Northwest Quarter to the Westerly Limited Access Right'of-Way Line of U.S. Highway 31, as conveyed to the State of Indiana by Warranty Deed recorded in Deed Record 207, Page 249 in the Office of the Recorder of Hamilton County, Indiana; thence along said Right-of-Way Line North 00 degrees 08 minutes 35 seconds East 124.05 feet (124.41 Feet., Deed) to the point of curvature of a tangent curve; thence continuing along said Right-of-Way Line Northerly 205.99 feet along an arc to the left and having a radius of 171787.34 feet and subtended by a long chord having a bearing of North 00 degrees 06 minutes 31 seconds East and a length of 205.99 feet and the point of beginning of this description; thence continuing along said Right-of-Way Line Northerly 266.05 feet along an arc to the left and having a radius of 171787.34 feet and subtended by a long chord having a bearing of North 00 degrees 01 minutes 48 seconds East and a length of 266.04 feet to an angle point in said Right-of-Way Line and Southernmost corner of real estate conveyed to the State of Indiana by Warranty Deed recorded in Deed Record 252, Pages 158 and 159 in said Office of the Recorder; thence along said Right-of-Way Line North 45 degrees 27 minutes 48 seconds West 70.17 feet (70.00 feet deed) to the Southerly Right-of-Way cf West 103rd Street, per Dedication thereof recorded in Miscellaneous Record 127, page 182 in said Office of the Recorder; thence North 00 degrees 53 minutes 50 seconds West 30.00 feet to the centerline of said West 103rd Street as established by said Dedication, as being a line parallel with the South line of said Northwest Quarter and 767.10 feet North of, as measured on t~,e centerline of said U.S. Highway 31 from said South line; thence South 89 degrees 06 minutes i0 seconds West on said centerline and measured parallel with said South line 586.58 feet to a point 720.80 feet South 89 degrees 06 minutes 10 seconds West of the centerline of said U.S. Highway 31; thence South 00 degrees 08 minutes 07 seconds West 30.00 feet to the southerly Right-of-Way of said West 103rd Street; thence South 00 degrees 08 minutes 07 seconds West 316.05 feet; thence North 89 degrees 06 minutes 10 seconds East 637.75 feet parallel to said south line to the point of beginning and containing 5.00 acres, more or less.
