PZ-2021-00198; PZ-2021-00199; PZ-2021-00200 V: Proscenium II Variances Dear Mr. Hill: At the special meeting held Thursday, November 18, 2021, the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the following action regarding the Development Standard Variances (V) filed by you for the property located at 1215 S. Rangeline Road: APPROVED: Proscenium II Variances, Development Standards Variance approvals for: • Maximum 80% lot coverage allowed, 90% granted, • Maximum 18-ft accessory building height allowed; 24-ft granted, and • Minimum 15-ft wide side/rear bufferyards required, 5-ft granted. Please be advised that, per Article 9.15 of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approvals are valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is November 18, 2024. Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
