Z-436-03 AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF INDIANA, REZONING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION Rezoning the Pleasant Grove Park from the R-i/Residence ~ P-1/Parks & Recreation District Classification WHEREAS, pursuant to Indiana Code 36-7-4, a zoning ordinance, the terms of which are applicable to the geographic incorporated area of the City of Carmel, Indiana, and the unincorporated Hamilton County, Indiana, which zoning ordinance has been Carmel City Code; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Indiana Code 36-7-4-602 t't't~ amend the map that is part of the zoning ordinance; and r adopted of the Township, 10 of the authorized to WHEREAS, the Carmel/Clay Plan of the real property, I the rezoning hereto as Exhibit A.
