Whereas, the Carmel 'Town Plan Commission has recommended
that Zoning Ordinanoe No'. Z-l for the town of Carmel be amended,
all in accordance with Chapter 174 of the Acts of 1947, as
amended, of the General Assembly.of tbe State of Indiana, and
Whereas, said Carmel Town Plan Commission bas duly held
publio bearings on said proposed amendments after notice and
publioation of ga1d hearings according to law made and provided,
and, .
Whereas, the Board of Trustees of t~e TOwn of Carmel,
Indiana has duly voted to aco~t said recommendation made by
the Carmel Town Plan Comm1ss1on:
NOW BE IT ORDAINED by tbe Board of Trustees of the Town
of Carmel, Ind iana that:
Tbe Property located at 221 1st Ave., SW, Carmel,
Indiana be rezoned from R-4, residential to B-1,
local business'.
