AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF
CARMEL, INDIANA, ORDINANCE NO. Z-I, AS AMENDED, PASSED BY
THE TOWN BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF CARMEL, INDIANA,
ON THE 21st DAY OF DECEMBER, 1957, UNDER AUTHORITY OF iCHAPTER
174 OF THE ACTS OF 1947, AND ALL ACTS AMENDATORY OR SUPPLE-
MENTAL THERETO, OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF
INDIANA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
CARMEL, INDIANA, THAT ORDINANCE NO. Z-l, AS AMENDED, IS
HEREBY AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION h
That the zone identified as "CARMEL, INDIANA, JURISDICTIONAL
AREA, ZONE MAP, SHEET 2 of 2", which accompanies and is a part
of said Zoning Ordinance, No. Z-l, as amended, is hereby changed as follows:
A. An area described in Exhibit A attached hereto
and incorporated herewith is reclassified from R-3
to B-1 zoning classification on said zone/~ -map' ,
SECTION Z:
This ordinance shall be i~ full force and effect from and after
its passage.

South 225.45 feet to the place of beginning, containing
1. 939 acres. Said tract being known as Tract No.
5 of the Hummer Plat of lands, in Hamilton County,
Indiana.
