Subject: Private Parking Signs
Hi Marty:
We are applying for permitting for 2 Private Parking signs on the property due to the reopening of Flix Brewhouse and
the potential parking issues resulting from increased traffic across AAA Way. The proposal is for 1 at the south entrance
and 1 at the north entrance. Photos of the 2 signs are attached.
Part of the permitting process, is obtaining permission from tenants.
