An Ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance of Camel,
Indiana, Ordinance No. Z60 (1967) as amended and supplemented
and reading as follows:
Be it ordained by the Common Council of the Town
of Carmel, Indiana, under authority of Chapter 174
of the Acts of 1957 and all acts amendatory thereto
of the General Assembly of the State of Indiana:
ARTICLE I
That 0r~inance No. Z60 (1967) of the Zoning0rdinance of
Carmel, Indiana, be amended so as to change the following real
estate, to,wit:
Dot No. 7 except 8.5 feet off the west side in David
and Beals'Addition to Carmel, Indiana.
from its current zoning classification of R-~ to "Professional
Office Building".
Passed by t~he Board of Trustees of Carmel, Indiana, this
