AN ORDIblANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF
CARMEL, INDIANA, ORDINANCE NO. Z-i, AS AMENDED, PASSED BY
THE TOWN BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF CARMEL, INDIANA,
ON THE 21st DAY OF DECEMBER, 1957, UNDER AUTHORITY OF
CHAPTER 174 OF THE ACTS OF 1947, AND ALL ACTS AMENDATORY
OR SUPPLEMENTAL THERETO, OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE
STATE OF INDIANA:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
CARMEL, INDIANA, THAT ORDINANCE NO. Z-i, AS AMENDED, IS
HEREBY AMENDEDAS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That the Zone Map, identified as "CARMEL, INDIANA, JURISDICTIONAL
AREA, ZONE MAP, SHEET 2 of 2", AND DATED 1961, which accompanies
and is a part of said Zoning Ordinance No. Z-l, as amended,
is hereby changed as follows: To B-3 District.
(Description)
Part of the North Half of the Northeast Quarter of
section 11, Township 17 North, Range 3 East in Hamilton
County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning 1235.10 feet South of the Northeast corner
of the Northeast Quarter of Section 11, Township 17 North,
Range 3 East and on the East line thereof; thence West
parallel with the North line of said Northeast Quarter
338.0 feet; thence South parallel with the East line of said
Northeast Quarter 97.3 feet (97.14 feet measured to the
South line of the North Half of said Northeast Quarter);
thence East on and along aforesaid South line 338.0 feet
to the East line of said Northeast Quarter; thence~iNorth
on and along aforesaid East line 97.3 feet (97.04 feet
measured) to the place of beginning, containing 0.75 acre,
more or less. Subject to all legal easements and rights
of way.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage.
Passed by the Town Board of Trustees of the Town of Carmel,
Indiana, on this 28th day of January, 1969.
