AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARMEL, INDIANA,
ORDINANCE NO. Z-160, AS AMENDED, PASSED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARMEL, INDIANA, ON JANUARY 21, 1980, UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF
ACTS 1979, PUBLIC LAW 178, SECTION 1, ET SEQ. (I.C. 18-7-4-101, et
seq.), AND ALL ACTS AMENDATORY OR SUPPLEMENTARY THERETO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF CARMEL, INDIANA THAT ORDINANCE NO. Z-
160, AS AMENDED, IS HEREBY AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I.
That the zone map accompanying and made a prt of Zoning Ordinance
Z-160, as amended, and the zoning classifications of Zoning Ordinance
Z-160 are changed to re-classify the following described property from
an R-4 zoning classification to a B-7 zoning classification within
the zoning districts and on the official zone map:
Part'of the Southwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 18 North,
Range 4 East, Hamilton County, Indiana, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the South Line of Said 1/4 Section, Distant
1840.33 feet measured North 89o50'16'' East along said south line
from the Southwest corner thereof; running thence North 0o09'45"
West 252.00 feet; thence South 89°50'15'' West 24.66 feet; thence
North 0o09'45" West 409.22 feet; Thence North 61o40' West 36.47
Feet; Thence North 28020' East 78 Feet; thence South 61o40' East
560.00 feet; thence South 0009'45" East 480 feet to the South
line of said 1/4 Section; Thence South 89°50'15'' West 472.67 feet
to the Point of Beginning, Containing 6.906 Acres more or less.
SECTION II.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage.
