AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARMEL,
INDIANA, ORDINANCE NO. Z-160, AS AMENDED, PASSED BY THE COMMON
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARMEL, INDIANA, ON 21ST DAY OF JANUARY, 1980,
AND ALL ACTS AMENDATORY OR SUPPLEMENTAL THERETO, UNDER THE AUTHORITY
OF ACTS 1979, PUBLIC LAW 171, §171, ET SEQ., (I.C. 18-7-4-101 ET
SEQ.) AND ALL ACTS AMENDATORY OR SUPPLEMENTARY THERETO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARMEL, INDIANA,
THAT ORDINANCE NO Z-160, AS AMENDED, IS HEREBY AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I
That the zone map accompanying and made a part of Zoning
Ordinance Z-160, as amended, is hereby changed as follows:
The real property described in "Exhibit A" attached
hereto is re-classified and re-zoned from its present
R-1 zoning classification to B-2 zoning classification
by this Ordinance and on the Zone Map.
SECTION II
The Property being re-zoned is commonly known as 950 North
Rangeline Road, Carmel, Indiana.
SECTION III
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage.
