Z-l, AS AMENDED, AND ORDINANCE NO. Z-13, AS AMENDED, PASSED BY THE TOWN BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF CAP~Z~L, INDIA~NA, ON THE 21ST DAY OF DECEMBER, 1957, AND THE 2ND DAY OF MAY, 1961, RESPECTIVELY, AND ALL ACTS AMENDATORY OR SUPPLE- ~NTAL THERETO, UNDER AUTHORITY OF CHAPTER 174 OF THE ACTS OF 19-47, AND ALL ACTS AMENDATORY THERETO, OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF INDIANA. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARMEL, INDIANA, THAT ORDINANCE NO. Z-1 AS AMENDED, AND ORDINANCE NO. Z-13, AS Ak4ENDED ARE HEREBY AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I: That the zone map which accompanies and is a part of Zoning Ordinance No. Z-13, as amended, is hereby changed as follows: The attached Exhibit A is reclassified from an R$2 ~oning classification to a B3 zoning cIassification on said zone map.
