An Ordinance amending Ordinance No.
of Section 17, thereof.
Z-II, by deletion
WHEREAS, there is presently in full force and effect a Master
Plan for Carmel, Indiana, and its environs including Ordinances
for its enforcement, and,
WHEREAS, there is presently in full force and effect Ordinance
No. Z-Il which contains a Section 17 concerning the procedures and re-
quirements of "Business Convenience Center Plans".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
City of Carmel, Indiana, as follows:
That said Section 17 of Ordinance No. Z-il is hereby declared
and is considered to be null, void, non-existant and is no longer
in effect and is hereby in all things deleted from said Ordinance
Z-il.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that this Ordiance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage as provided by law.
