Z - 273 An Ordln~nce Amending Ordinance No. Z-264 Whereas, on the 2nd day of December, 1991, the Common Council of the City of carmel, Indiana adopted Ordinance Z-264, An Ordinance Amending Zoning Ordina?ce No. Z-160, As Amended Passed By the Common Council of the City of Carmel, Indiana on Jup~e 21, 1980 under Authority of Acts of 1979, Publlc Law 178, Section 1, et seq., (I.C. 18-7-4-1pl et seq.) and All Acts Amendatory or Supplementary thereto. Whereas, the legal description of the real estate described in Ordinance Z-264 erroneously omitted reference to the U.S. Public Land Survey; Whereas, the purpose of this Ordinance No. Z-273 is to correct the legai description of the real estate as described in Ordinance No. Z-264; BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARMEL, INDIANA, THAT ORDINANCE NO. Z-264, IS AMENDED BY substituting the following described real estate for the real estate erroneoasly described in Ordinance Z-264, to-wit: Part of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 2, Township 17 North, Range 3 East of the Second Principal Meridiap. in Hamilton County, Indiana, described as £ollows: Commencing at the northwest corner of said half-quarter-quarter section; t.hence on an assumed bearing of South 00 degrees 16 minutes 59 seconds East along the west line thereof a distance of 610.05 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continu~g South 00 degrees 16 minutes 59 seconds East along the west line thereof a distance of 727.58 feet to the southwest corner of said half-quarter-quarter section; thence North 88 degrees 56 minutes 13 seconds East along the south line thereof a ~stance of 673.43 feet to the southeast corner of said half-quarter-quarter section; t. hence North 00 degrees 10 minutes 47 seconds West along the east line thereof a ~stance of 726.63 feet; thence South 89 degrees 01 minutes 11 seconds West parallal wi~h the north line thereof a distance of 674.73 feet to the Point of Beginning. Containing 11.251 acres, more or less. BE 1T FURTHER ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARMEL, INDIANA, THAT ORDINANCE NO. Z-160, AS AMENDED, IS HEREBY AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: That the zone map accompanying and made a part of Zoning Ordinance No. Z-~160, Sections 4.1-4.3, as amended, and the zoning classifications of Zoning Ordinance N~o. Z-160, are amended to reclassify and rezone the following described real estate from the B-7 Business District Classification to the B-6 Business District Classification within the zoning districts and on the official zoning map: Part of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 2, Township 17 North, Range 3 East of the Second Principal Meridian in Hamilton County, Indiana, described as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of said half-quarter-quarter section; t~ence on an assumed bearing of South 00 degrees 16 minutes 59 seconds East along th ewest line thereof a distance of 610.05 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continuing South 00 degrees 16 minutes 59 seconds East along the west line thereof a distance of 727.58 feet to the southwest corner of said half-quarter-quarter section; thence North 88 degrees 56 minutes 15 seconds East along the south line thereof a distance of 673.43 feet to the southeast corner of said half-quarter-quarter section; thence North 00 degrees 10 minutes 47 seconds West along the east line thereof a distance of 726.63 feet; thence South 89 degrees 01 minutes 11 seconds West parallel w!~h the north line thereof a distance of 674.73 feet to the Point of Beginning. Containing 11.251 acres, more or less. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage. Passed by the Common Council of the City of Carmel, Indiana on the 4th day of May, 1992.
