ORDINANCE NO. Z-160, A PART
OF THE MASTER PLAN OF THE
CITY OF CARMEL, INDIANA
ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
INDIANA, ORDINANCE NO. Z-160, AS AMENDED, PASSED BY THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARMEL, INDIANA, ON JANUARY 21,
1980, UNDER AUTHORITY OF ACTS OF 1979, PUBLIC LAW 178, SECTION 1,
et seq., (I.C. 18-7-4-101 et seq.) AND ALL ACTS AMENDATORY OR
SUPPLEMENTARY THERETO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARMEL,
INDIANA, THAT ORDINANCE NO. Z-160, AS AMENDED, IS HEREBY AMENDED
AS FOLLOWS:
That the zone map accompanying and a part of Zoning
Ordinance No. Z-160, Sections 4.1-4.3, as amended, and the
zoning classifications of Zoning Ordinance No. Z-160, are amended
to reclassify and rezone the following described property from an
R-1 Residence District Classification to a R-3 Residence
Classification within the zoning districts and on the
zoning map:

Part of Lot Eleven (tl) and all of Lots Twelve (12) and Thirteen
(13) in Penn-View Heights, 1st Section, as per plat thereof
recorded in Deed Record 139, page 355 in the Office of the
Recorder, Hamilton County, Indiana as well as 25 feet.of vacated
104th Street.
This Ordinance shall be in from and
after its passage. Passed by the Comm~Council of the City of
