Z-289, AS AMENDED, OF THE CITY OF @ARMEL AND CLAY TOWNSHIP, HAMILTON COUNTY, INDIANA. BE IT ORDAINED BY TIlE CITY COUNSEL OF TIlE CITY OF CARMEL, INDIANA, THAT ORDINANCE NO. Z-289, AS AMENDED, IS HEREBY AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: That the zone map accompanying and made a part of Zoning Ordinance Z-289, as amended, is amended to reclassify the following described real estate from the I-1 Industrial District Classification to the R-4 Residence District Classification. See Attached "Exhibit A" The above described real estate is located West of and adjacem to Third Avenue S.W. on the north side of the proposed extension of Adams/126th Street. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage. Passed by the City Council of Carmel, Indiana, on the day of November, 1995.
