The bottom of pipe shall be level with the top of strip wall footing. Surround pipe with 6" INDOT #5 stone (clean). Separate stone from backfill with geotextile fabric. 2 Reference the C series drawings for connection of the foundation drain. 3 6" dia. corrugated perforated HDPE foundation drain, socked with fabric around elevator pit pad. The bottom of pipe shall be level with the top of strip wall footing. Surround pipe with 6" INDOT #5 stone (clean). Separate stone from backfill with geotextile fabric. The bottom of pipe shall be level with the top of pad. 4 Reference P series drawings for under slab plumbing. 5 Downspout boot. Refer to C-series drawings. 6 3" thick rigid foundation insulation along all EXTERIOR sides of foundation wall down to the footing at spread footings and down to the bottom edge of grade beams at non-spread footings. Continuous 3" high x 3'-0" wide horizontal rigid insulation under slab edge only where slab work is in Contract. Where future slab is NIC for future interior improvements, leave out horizontal rigid insulation. 7 Provide Bentonite waterproofing along retaining walls. Overlap top of footing. Coordinate with foundation insulation. Reference detail 2/A100B. 8 New plumbing connection to the existing tunnel. Refer to the P series drawings. Waterproof expansion sleeve are required and repair to the Bentonite waterproofing at the tunnel wall exterior is required. 9 3" thick rigid foundation insulation along all INTERIOR sides of foundation wall down to the footing at spread footings and down to the bottom edge of grade beams at non-spread footings. Continuous 3" high x 3'-0" wide horizontal rigid insulation under slab edge only where slab work is in Contract. Where future slab is NIC for future interior improvements, leave out horizontal rigid insulation. 10 Underslab drain, like drain in note 1 with same sock and stone wrap. Connect underslab drain to existing sanitary drain in tunnel. Waterproof expansion sleeve are required and repair to the Bentonite waterproofing at the tunnel wall exterior is required. 11 Coordinate rough opening for doors in wall construction above CIP wall where special forming is required. 12 Edge of Slab.
