A B C D E F G H CONCRETE DEMOLITION PLAN NOTES: Existing column pier to be removed down to T/pier cap. Existing concrete column to be removed. Take out material down 12" below the lowest new finished floor of the space. The face of cast-in-place slab at the plaza edge, must be cut to align its edge with the face of the precast beam below. See Overall Demolition Plan AD103. Top of precast wall to be trimmed down. Reference drawings pertaining to precast stair changes. Remove flange of precast concrete 'T' back to 1'-0" off column centerline. See Overall Demolition Plan AD103. Existing Stair to parking garage - remove portions of stair, top portions of PC wall and other related stair items. Ref. shts. A306 & A416 for extent of demolition work. Remove portion of foundation wall where step occurs so it is level with top of wall to the north. Remove portion of plaza deck to allow installation of 2" expansion joint around perimeter of new building.
