SHEET PLAN NOTES
1 RANGE. INSTALL NEMA 14-50R FLUSH MOUNTED RECEPTACLE AT +24” AFF.
BRANCH WIRING TO BE 3-#6 AND 1-#10 GRD COPPER CONDUCTORS.
2 DRYER. INSTALL NEMA 14-30R FLUSH RECEPTACLE AT +36” AFF. BRANCH
WIRING TO BE 3-#10 AND 1-#10 GRD COPPER CONDUCTORS.
3 WATER HEATER. BRANCH WIRING TO BE 3-#10 AND 1-#10 GRD COPPER
CONDUCTORS. CONNECT CIRCUIT TO WATER HEATER THROUGH
DISCONNECT SWITCH INSTALLED ADJACENT TO WATER HEATER. INSTALL
DISCONNECT SWITCH TO ALLOW FOR MINIMUM CODE REQUIRED WORKING
CLEARANCE.
4 FAN COIL UNIT (FCU). REFER TO MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT SCHEDULE FOR
CIRCUIT CONDUCTOR SIZE BASED ON FCU SIZE. CONNECT CIRCUIT TO FCU
THROUGH DISCONNECT SWITCH INSTALLED ADJACENT TO THE FCU. INSTALL
DISCONNECT SWITCH TO ALLOW FOR MINIMUM CODE REQUIRED WORKING
CLEARANCE.
5 ROUGH-IN FOR WALL MOUNTED MICROWAVE/HOOD UNIT. INSTALL ROUGH-IN
AT +64” AFF UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. INSTALL ELECTRICAL ROUGH-IN
AND WIRING PER THE REQUIREMENTS PROVIDED WITH THE
MANUFACTURERS INSTALLATION MANUAL.
6 SPLIT WIRED DUPLEX RECEPTACLE INSIDE LOWER SINK CABINET. TOP HALF
OF DUPLEX FOR DISPOSAL CONTROLLED BY DISPOSAL SWITCH LOCATED
BELOW SINK.
7 CONNECT DISHWASHER WITH CORD AND PLUG TO THE UNSWITCHED LOWER
HALF OF SPLIT DUPLEX RECEPTACLE.
8 TELECOMMUNICATIONS HOME NETWORKING FLUSH MOUNTED CABINET.
PROVIDE RECEPTACLE INSIDE THE CABINET ENCLOSURE. VERIFY EXACT
LOCATION WITH THE OWNER AND THE OWNER’S TELECOM SYSTEMS
PROVIDER PRIOR TO INSTALLING ROUGH-IN.
9 CONNECT RECEPTACLE WITH (2) USB CHARGING PORTS TO GFI
FEED-THROUGH TERMINALS OF ADJACENT GFI TYPE RECEPTACLE OUTLET.
MOUNT BOTH RECEPTACLES IN SAME BOX WITH 2-GANG COVERPLATE.
10 EXTEND CIRCUIT FROM LOADCENTER TO THE HVAC CONDENSING UNIT (CU)
ASSOCIATED WITH THIS APARTMENT AND LOCATED ON THE ROOF. REFER TO
MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT SCHEDULE FOR CIRCUIT CONDUCTOR SIZE BASED
ON CU SIZE.
11 PROVIDE ONE DUPLEX RECEPTACLE AND ONE WIRED “F” TYPE TV JACK WITH
ONE RG-6 COAX CABLE FROM THIS OUTLET TO THE HOME NETWORKING
ENCLOSURE CABINET.
12 IN ADAPTABLE (TYPE B) UNITS - JUNCTION BOX, WIRING AND BLANK COVER
PLATE FOR FUTURE ADDRESSABLE ADA FIRE ALARM STROBE. IN ADA (TYPE
A) UNITS - PROVIDE STROBE INSTALLED.
13 USB DUPLEX RECEPTACLE.
14 PROVIDE SYSTEM DETECTOR WITH AUDIBLE SOUNDER BASE MEETING NFPA
72 CODE REQUIREMENT FOR LOW-FREQUENCY, 520 HZ TONE.
15 MOUNT L9 FIXTURE ABOVE DOOR IN MECHANICAL CLOSET. FIXTURE TO HAVE

LOW SUPPORTING WALL (LIVING SIDE OF WALL). SPACE PENDANTS AS
INDICATED WITH EACH BEING AN EQUAL DISTANCE FROM THE EDGE(S) OF

22 DEDICATED 120V RECEPTACLE FOR STACKED WASHER.
