DENOTES 4"x4" CONCRETE MONUMENT SET VERTICALLY IN PLACE
WITH AN IRON OR COPPER DOWEL SET FLUSH WITH THE TOP OF THE
MONUMENT OR EXISTING R/W MARKER FOUND
BEFORE THE DEVELOPER TRANSFERS CONTROL OF THE OWNERS'
ASSOCIATION UNDER THE DECLARATION OF COVENANTS TO THE
PROPERTY OWNERS, INCLUDING CONTROL OF A BOARD OF DIRECTORS
