W~REAS, the Co--on Council of the city of Carmel, Indiana
is desirous of annexing the following described real estate, and
w~REAS, the following described real estate is contiguous
by at least one/eighth of its aggregate external boundaries to
the present boundary of the city of Carmel, Indiana, and
w~REAS, the City of Carol, Indiana has heretofore defined
the corporate boundaries of the city and is desirous of annexing
the following described pro~rty.
NOW, T~REFORE, BE IT ORDAI~D by the Co~on Council of the
city of Carmel, Indiana that the following descried real estate
in Clay Toss'P, Hamilton County, Indiana ~ and here~ is annex-
e~ to and shall hereafter be a part of the city of Carmel, India~:
