Technology Center Associates, Ltd.
WHEREAS, the common Council of the City of Carmel, Indiana,
is desirous of annexing the following described real estate; and
WHEREAS, the following described real estate is contiguous
by at least one/eighth (1/Sth) of its aggregate external
boundaries to the present boundary of the city of Carmel,
Indiana; and
WHEREAS, the city of Carmel, Indiana, has heretofore defined
the corporate boundaries of the city and is desirous of annexing
the following described property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
city of Carmel, Indiana, that the following described real estate
in Clay Township, Hamilton County,
annexed to and shall hereafter be,

Township 18 North, Range 3 East, Second Principal
Meridian in Hamilton County, Indiana.
Part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 36 and part of
the Southeast Quarter of Section 35 in Township 18 North,
Range 3 East, Second Principal Meridian in Hamilton County,
Indiana, being described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of said southeast quarter
of Section 35; thence South 88"46'54" West along the south
line thereof a distance of 1330.78 feet to the southwest
corner of the east half of said southeast quarter; thence
North 80"11'01" West along the west line of said half-
quarter section a distance of 2621.53 feet to the northwest
corner thereof; thence North 88"47'12" East along the north
line of said half-quarter section a distance of 1326.70
feet to the northeast corner of said southeast quarter;
thence North 88"57'26" East along the north line of the
southwest quarter of said Section 36 a distance of 598.08
feet to the northeast corner of 36 acres off the entire
west side of said southwest quarter; thence South 00"16'22"

The Common Council of the City of Carmel, Indiana, declares
that this annexation ordinance shall be in full force and effect
sixty (60) days after its final publication pursuant to
I.C. 5-3-1.

CONSENT TO ANNEXATION
Technology Center Associates, Ltd., an Indiana Limited
Partnership, the owner of the following described real estate in
Clay Township, Hamilton County, Indiana, hereby consents to its
annexation by the City of Carmel, Indiana, pursuant to Annexation
Ordinance No. C-lOO.
The West Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 35,
Township 18 North, Range 3 East, Second Principal
Meridian in Hamilton County, Indiana.

Part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 36 and. part of
