WHEREAS, the common Council of the City of Carmel, Indiana, is desirous of annexing the following described real estate; and WHEREAS, the following described real estate is contiguous by at least one/eighth (1/Sth) of its aggregate external boundaries to the present boundary of the city of Carmel, Indiana; and WHEREAS, the city of Carmel, Indiana, has heretofore defined the corporate boundaries of the city and is desirous of annexing the following described property.
