HomeMy WebLinkAboutC-108 Cedar Lake,Sec. 28748792 ANNEXATION ORDINANCr No. C-/~ CEDAR LAKE SUBDIVISION SECTION II WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Carmel,' Indiana is desirous of annexing the following described real estate, and WHEREAS, the following described real estate is contiguous by at least one/eighth of its aggregate external boundaries to the present boundary of the City of Carmel, Indiana, and WHEREAS, the City of Carmel, Indiana has heretofore defined the corporate boundaries of the City and is desirous of annexing the following described property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Carmel, Indiana that the following described real estate in Clay Township, Hamilton County, Indiana be and hereby is annex- ed to and shall hereafter be a part of the City of Carmel, Indiara': (SEE LEGAL DESCRIPTION ATTACHED) The Common Council of the City of Carmel, Indiana, declares that this annexation ordinance shall be in full force and effect sixty (60) days after its final publication pursuant to IC 5-3-1.
