ANNEXATION ORDINANCE NO.
WHEREAS the Common Council of the City of Carmel,.~Indiar~, is~'~
desirous of annexing the following described real estate, ~d~
WHEREAS, the following described real estate is contiguous to
the existing City boundaries by at least one-eighth of its aggre-
gate external boundaries and perimeter borders to the present boun-
daries of the City of Carmel, Indiana, and
WHEREAS, the City of Carmel,
corporate boundaries of the City
Indiana as heretofore defined the
and is desirous of annexing the
following described property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
City of Carmel, Indiana, that the following described real estate
in Hamilton County, Indiana, be and hereby is annexed to and shall
hereafter be apart of the City of Carmel, Indiana, owned by Two
Meridian Park Place Associates, L.P., an Indiana Limited Partner-
ship, said property being more particularly described as
follows:
Part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 26 and part of
the Northwest Quarter of Section 35, all in Township 18
North, Range 3 East in Hamilton County, Indiana, more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Southwest
Quarter of said Section 26; thence along the South line
thereof North 88 degrees 59 minutes 30 seconds East
1180.92 feet to the Point of Beginning, which point bears
South 88 degrees 59 minutes 30 seconds West 146.17 feet
from the Southeast corner of the West half of said
Southwest quarter; thence North 00 degrees 03 minutes 57
seconds West 515.07 feet; thence South 40 degrees 05
minutes 13 seconds East 52.37 feet to a curve having a
radius of 700.00 feet, the radius point of which bears
North 49 degrees 54 minutes 47 seconds East; thence
Southeasterly and Easterly along said curve 610.87 feet
to a point which bears South 00 degrees 05 minutes 13
seconds East from said radius point; thence North 89
degrees 54 minutes 47 seconds East 30.00 feet to the
Westerly right of way line of U.S. Highway #31 (I.S.H.C.
Project ST-F-222(9), DTD 1973); thence along said
Southeast corner of the West half of the Southwest
Quarter of said Section 26; thence along the South line
thereof South 88 degrees 59 minutes 30 seconds West
146.17 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 7.599
acres, more or less.

Part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 35 Township 18
North, Range 3 East in Hamilton County, Indiana, more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Northwest
Quarter Section; thence along the East line thereof North
00 degrees 07 minutes 31 seconds West 2295.00 feet;
thence parallel with the South line of said Northwest
Quarter Section South 88 degrees 46 minutes 31 seconds
West 873.57 feet to a point on the Westerly right of way
line of U.S. Highway #31 (line "K" for I.S.H.C. Project
ST-F-222(9) DTD 1973) which is the Point of Beginning;
thence along said right of way line North 00 degrees 03
minutes 57 seconds West 1.05 feet to the South line of
ten acres off the North end of the East Half of the
Northwest 0uarter of said Section 35; thence parallel
with the North line of said Northwest Quarter Section

that this Annexation Ordinance shall be in full force and effect

particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Southwest
Quarter of said Section 26; thence along the South line
thereof North 88 degrees 59 minutes 30 seconds East
