NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Carmel, Indiana, that the following described real estate in Hamilton County, Indiana, owned by John Kirk, with contract purchaser being Buckingham Properties, Inc., hereby is annexed to and shall hereafter be a part of the City of Carmel, Indiana, effective January 3, 2000, said property being more particularly described as shown in Exhibit A.
