WHEREAS, the Common CoUrtall of the City of Cannel, Indiare, is desirous of annexing the following
described real estate, and
WHEREAS, the following described real estate is contiguous to the existing City boundaries by at least
one-eighth of its aggregate external boundaries and perimeter borders to the present boundaries of the City
of Cannel, Indiana__, and
WHEREAS, the City of Carreel, Indiana has heretofore defined the corporate boundaries of the City and is
desirous of annexing the following described property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINEl) by the Common Council of the City of Cannel, Indiana, that the
following described real estate in Hamilton County, Indiana owned by Ashbtuy Park Limited Parmership,
an Indiaann limited partnership, be and hereby is annexed to and shall hereafter be a part of the City of
Cannel, Indiana, effective January 3, 2000, said property being more particularly described as follows:
