AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING REAL ESTATE TO THE CITY OF CARMEL
James J. and Karen A. Schneider and Schneider Management Corp. being the owners of all
of the real estate, the legal description of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and the adjacent road
right-of-way attached hereto as Exhibit B having petitioned the City of Carreel for annexation.
IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Carmel that the
described real estate shall be annexed to the City of Carmel, Indiana pursuant to the requirements
of I.C. 36-4-3-1, et seq.

per plat thereof, recorded in Deed Record 121, page 400 in the Office of the Recorder
of Hamilton County, Indiana.
Subject to all legal easements and rights-of-way.
A part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 11, Township 17
North, Range 3 East, Hamilton County, Indiana, being more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing and beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 496
in Harry Bowser's Northridge Addition, as per plat thereof,
recorded in Deed Record 121, Page 400 in the Office of the
Recorder of Hamilton County, Indiana; thence Easterly' on the
south line of said Lot a distance of 134.86 feet to the
southeast, corner of said Lot; thence Southerly on the
prolongation of the east line of said Lot to a point on the
southerly line of the real estate described in Instrument No.
95-6667; thence Westerly on said southerly line to a point on
the east right-of-way line of Pennsylvania Street; thence
Northerly on said line to 'the point of beginning.
