C-203 WHEREAS, Woodland Country Club, Inc., the owner of the following described real estate ("Real Estate") in Clay Township. Hamilton County, Indiana has filed with the City of Cannel, Indiana a Petition for Annexation requesting annexation of thc Real Estate to the City of Carmel, Indiana. WHEREAS, Real Estate is contiguous by at least one-eighth of its aggregate external boundaries to thc present boundaries of the City of Cannel, Indiana, and WHEREAS. thc City of Carmel, Indiana has heretofore defined the corporate boundaries of the City and is dcsirous of annexing the Real Estate; N OW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, by thc Common Council of the City of Carmel, Indianathat thc following described real estate in Hamilton County, Indiana together with the parts of any public highway and public rights of way adjacent thereto and not previously annexed be and hereby is annexed to and shall hereafter be a part of thc Cit?' of Cannel, Indiana.
