ANNEXATION ORDINANCE
An ordinance for annexation of adjacent and contiguous
territory to the City of Carmel, Indiana.
WHEREAS, the boundary of the City of Carmel, Indiana, is
adjacent to the real estate described herein.
WHEREAS, the City of Carmel is determined that all statutory
criteria have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Common Council of the
City of Carmel, Indiana, as follows:
Section 1. The real estate described in Exhibit A, which is
attached hereto and incorporated herein, is hereby annexed into the
City of Carmel, Indiana, and assigned to Council District ~ .
Section 2. The boundaries of the City of Carmel shall be, and
are hereby declared to be, extended so as to include all of said
real estate as a part of the City of CarmeI.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and publication according to law.
