HomeMy WebLinkAboutC-175 Ashmore Trace, Phase I ' 'ANNEXATION ORDINANCE ' 94 47?0 V,J WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Carmelt Indiana, ("Common Council") is desirous of annexing to the City of Carreel, Indiana the real estate described as "Exhibit A" hereto ("Real Estate" ); and 6 O- WHEREAS,.the Real Estate is contiguous by at least one- eighth (1/8) of its aggregate external boundaries to the present boundary of the. City of Carmel, Indiana; and- WHEREAS,'the City of Carmel, Indiana has heretofore defined the corporate boundaries of the City and is desirous of annexing the Real Estate. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the. Common Council that the Real Estate be and hereby is annexed to and shall hereafter be a part of the City of Carmel, Indiana.
