HomeMy WebLinkAboutC-171 Danbury Estates 9418841 ANNEXATION ORDINANCE WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Carmel, Indiana, ("Common Council") is desirous of annexing to the City of Carmel, Indiana, the real estate described on Exhibit A hereto ("Real Estate"); and, WHEREAS, the Real Estate is contiguous by at least one-eighth (1/8) of its aggregate external boundaries to the present boundary of the City of Carmel, Indiana; and I~7tEREAS, the City of Carmel, Indiana has heretofore defined the corporate boundaries of the City and is desirous of annexing the Real Estate. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council that the Real Estate by and hereby is annexed to and shall hereafter be, a part of the City of Carmel, Indiana. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Common Council that the Real Estate is assigned to Council District 1. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Common Council that this Annexation Ordinance No. C-171 shall be in full force and affect sixty (60) days after its final publication pursuant to APPROVED: ?
