C-169 Shadybrook WHEREAS, the Comrnon 'Council of the City of Carmel, Indiana, ("Common Council")
is desirous of annexing to the City of Carreel, Indiana, the real estate described on Exhibit A
hereto ("Real Estate"); and,
WHEREAS, the Real Estate is contiguous by at least one-eighth (1/8) of its aggregate
external boundaries to the present boundary of the City of Carmel, Indiana; and
WHEREAS, the City of Carreel, Indiana has heretofore defined the corporate boundaries
of the City and is desirous of annexing the Real Estate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council that the Real Estate
by and hereby is annexed to and shall hereafter be, a part of the City of Carmel, Indiana.
BE IS FURTHER ORDAINED by the Common Council that the Real Estate is assigned
to Council District 5.
BE IS FURTHER ORDAINED by the Common Council that this Annexation Ordinance
