American Aggregates Corporation
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Carmel, Indiana,
is desirious of annexing the following described real estate;
and,
WHEREAS, the following described real estate is contiguous
by at least one-eighth (1/8th) of its aggregate external
boundaries to the present boundary of the City of Carmel,
Indiana; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Carmel, Indiana, has heretofore defined
the corporate boundaries of the City and is desirious of annexing
the following described real estate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
City of Carmel, Indiana, that the real estate described on
Exhibit A hereto in Clay Township, Hamilton County, Indiana, be
and hereby is annexed to and shall hereafter be, a part of the
City of Carmel, Indiana.
The Common Council of the City of Carmel, Indiana, declares
that this annexation ordinance shall be in full force and effect
sixty (60) days after its final publication pursuant to I.C.
5-3-Z.

Part of Section 33, Township 18 North, Range 4 East in Hamilton County, Indiana, being
more particularly described as follows:

A part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 33, Township 18 North, Range 4 East,
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the East right of way line of Gray Road being I rod East
of the Northwest Corner of the Northwest Quarter of Section 33, Township 18
North, Range 4 East; thence East on and along the North line of the said
Northwest Quarter a distance of 1307.0 feet to a point, said point being the
Northeast Corner of the West Half of said Quarter; thence South on and along the
East line of said West Half a distance of 2642.8 feet to a corner stone; thence West
on and along the South line of said Northwest Quarter a distance of 1309.5 feet to
a point on the East right of way line being I rod East of a corner stone, said stone
being the Southwest Corner of the said Northwest Quarter; thence North on and
