C- WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Carmel, Indiana is desirous of annexing the following described real estate, and WHEREAS, the following described real estate is contiguous by at least one/eighth of its aggregate external boundaries to the present boundary of the City of Carmel, Indiana and WHEREAS, the City of Carmel, Indiana has heretofore defined the corporate boundaries of the City and is desirous of annexing the following described property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Carmel, Indiana that the following described real estate in Clay Township, Hamilton County, Indiana be and hereby is annexed to and shall hereafter be a part of the City of Carmel, Indiana: Legal Description: SEE EXHIBITS "A", "B", and "C" ATTACHED These annexation parcels are assigned the Councilmanic District #2.
