C- t0; 9'030 WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Carmel, Indiana is desirous of annexing the following described real estate, and WHEREAS, the following described real estate is contiguous by a least one/eighth of its aggregate external boundaries to the present boundary of the City of Carmel, Indiana and WHEREAS, the City of Carmel, Indiana has heretofore defined the corporate boundaries of the City and is desirous of annexing the following described property.
