WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Carmel, Indiana is
desirous of annexing the following described real estate, and
WHEREAS, the following described real estate is contiguous by
a least one/eighth of its aggregate external boundaries to the
present boundary of the City of Carmel, Indiana and
WHEREAS, the City of Carmel, Indiana has heretofore defined
the corporate boundaries of the City and is desirous of annexing
the following described property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
City of Carmel, Indiana that the following described real estate in
Noblesville Township, Hamilton County, Indiana be and hereby is
annexed to and shall hereafter be a part of the City of Carmel,

Road 2660,64 feet to' the North right-of-way line for 146th
Street; thence North 89 degrees 35 minutes 01 seconds West on
the North ~ight-of-way line for 146th Street 1178.89 feet
thence South 00 degrees 24 minutes 59 seconds West 16.50 feet
to a point located South 89 degrees 35 minutes 01 second East
179.16 feet from the Northwest corner of the East Half of
