WIIEIH'ZAS, the Colre,on Council of the City of Carreel,
· indiana, is desirous of annexing the attached real estate,
WHEREAS, the attached real estate is contiguous to the
existing City boundaries by at least one-eights of its
aggregate external boundaries and perimeter borders to the
present boundaries of the City of Carmel, Indiana-and
WHEREAS, the City of Carmel, Indiana ~s heretofore
defined the corporate boundaries of.the City .and is desirous
of annexing the attached property.
NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE ~T ORDAINED by the Common Council of
tile ~ity of Carmel, Ind'iana, that the attached parcels of
real estate located in ttamilton County, Indiana, be and
hereby is annexed to and shall hereafter be apa,rt of the City
of Carmel, Indiana, owned by Thomas C. Barnes 'and Jean G.
B~rnes consisting of parcel described as follows
(see attached Legal Description).
The Co~non Council of the City of Carmel, Indiana,
declares that this Annexation Ordinance shall be in ~ull
force and effect sixty (60) days after its final publication
pursuant I.C. 5-3-1.
